Start with the work.
Understand what is changing in the work before deciding what people need.

WorkFuture is a workforce strategy company helping organizations connect changing work to the capabilities, programs, and pathways people need to succeed.
Why WorkFuture Exists
Work is changing through AI, automation, evolving roles, changing capability needs, and new ways of organizing work.
At the same time, the systems that help people prepare for work, including education, workforce development, talent programs, and employer learning, do not always change at the same pace.
WorkFuture was created to work across that gap.
We help organizations understand what is changing, determine what people need to be capable of, and translate those needs into practical strategies, learning experiences, talent programs, and pathways.

Our Mission
WorkFuture's mission is to strengthen the systems, programs, and pathways that help people prepare for, enter, and succeed in changing work.
The WorkFuture View
Changes in work shape what people need to be capable of, how they prepare, the experiences they need, and the opportunities they can access.
What the job requires changes.
People need different knowledge, skills, and judgment.
Preparation has to evolve.
People need opportunities to apply what they learn.
Capability and experience shape where people can go next.
Our Principles
Understand what is changing in the work before deciding what people need.
Access to information, tools, or training matters less than what people can actually understand, apply, evaluate, and do.
Learning becomes more meaningful when people can practice what they are developing and understand where those capabilities can lead.
Across the Workforce System
People prepare for, enter, and grow through work across multiple environments. WorkFuture works across those environments because decisions made in one part of the system often affect the others.
Why WorkFuture
More than a decade of experience across talent, higher education, and workforce development informs how we design and implement workforce solutions.
Why I Built WorkFuture

I’ve spent most of my career close to the point where education, hiring, and work meet — and I’ve watched the work change faster than the systems around it.
I’ve sat with hiring teams redesigning roles as AI changed the work itself, redesigned assessments to measure the capabilities a job actually requires, and worked with education teams to understand whether what people are learning still maps to the reality of the workforce.
The reality of work is changing faster than many of the systems designed to prepare people for it.
Education systems have to keep curriculum connected to the reality of work. Employers have to be clearer about the capabilities they need. Workforce programs have to build pathways that lead to real opportunity.
I built WorkFuture to help close that gap — connecting education, employers, and workforce systems more directly to how work is changing and the capabilities people need to succeed in it.
My hope is that WorkFuture can help build a workforce system where preparation stays connected to reality, opportunity is easier to access, and more people can move into good work with the capabilities to succeed.

How We Build
We translate workforce priorities into strategies, programs, and systems that can be implemented, measured, and improved over time.
